Pete was ranked the #42 All Age Amateur Labrador Retriever in just seven trials in the country in 2024. He took a 4th and a Jam in the Amateur earlier this year. Pete was the #22 Derby Dog in the Nation in 2021 with just five trials. He was #28 Derby Dog in the Nation in 2022 with three trials before aging out. He qualified for Derby National in 2021 at 17 months old. He was QA2 in back to back weekends in 2022 at 2.6 years with 6 trials. Pete is currently running All Age and Amateur Field Trials. Pete is a phenomenal waterfowl dog who hunt November through February. He is Trained by Steadfast Retrievers / Steenburgen Retrievers. Sue is a black female who is a personal hunting dog with a nice pedigree who is a great marker, and has a great off switch.
